2 Thessalonians 3:1-5

Honestly, we can not count the Bibles in our house. They are in every room, piled on bookshelves. Ones given as baby gifts crammed in drawers, youth versions that adult children have outgrown, versions we no longer desire, extra versions we like to use to compare, etc.

But in the refugee camp in Northern Uganda, look at the joy of getting digital copies of The Bible in their own language! Carla look multiple copies, so glad we were there to see their faces!

The Word of God is TRUE & REAL for today- Hebrews 13:8 was written 2 centuries ago- “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”

This is a TANGIBLE photo of 2 Thessalonians 3:1-5

“Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you, and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men; for not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. And we have confidence in the Lord concerning you, both that you do and will do the things we command you. Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.

Today we hope you read that with NEW eyes to see this old passage is perfectly being answered in dear Christians in a South Sudanese refugee camp!
